Choose the Right Magnetic Material

Different applications require different magnetic materials and performance levels. For most high-performance applications, neodymium magnets (NdFeB) are an excellent choice because of their high magnetic strength and compact size.

Precision Cutting and Machining

After confirming the specifications, the magnetic material is processed into the required size and shape. Depending on the design, manufacturing processes may include cutting, grinding, drilling, laser cutting, and other precision machining methods.

For custom magnets, dimensional accuracy is especially important because even a small deviation may affect assembly or performance.

Surface Coating and Protection
