Specifications

1.Grade: SmCo5 and Sm2Co17.

2.Shape: Disc, Cylinder, Block, Ring, Countersunk, Segment, Trapezoid, Irregular shapes 
and more. Customized Design (Design proper magnets for clients specific requirements).

3.Sorts: We have Disc Smco Magnets, Segment Smco Magnets, Ring Smco Magnets, Block Smco
 Magnets, Cylinder Smco Magnets, Irregular Smco Magnets, Sintered Smco Magnets, Bonded SmCo 
Magnets and many other series.

D15*4mm Disc magnets SmCo have better temperature stability. SmCo magnets can be operated at 
higher temperature up to 300°C, 
while Nd-Fe-B magnets can not stand temperature over 200°C. D5*4mm Disc magnets SmCo.

The characteristics of Samarium Cobalt Magnet

*Very high magnetic properties with good stability.
*Superior resistance to high temperature, Curie temperature of majority is over 800°C
*Excellent corrosion resistance capability, no coating is needed for surface protection
Attributes of Samarium Cobalt

*High resistance to demagnetization
*High energy (magnetic strength is strong for its size)
*Good temperature stability
*Expensive material (cobalt is market price sensitive)
